In August 2023, Abdulazizova Mukadam, a graduate of the Department of English Language and Literature of the AIU, became the winner of the International Competition of final qualifying works “Scientific achievements: results and conclusions”.

“At the beginning of the 2022-2023 academic year, we started choosing topics for the thesis. I chose the project work because it was my dream to write an English-Kyrgyz reference book and make a small contribution to our native language. This idea was supported by Saltanat Zhakisheva, the scientific supervisor, and we started working on the reference book. In the process of work, she supported me and gave me advice.

The competition accepts FQW papers at the following levels: bachelor's degree, specialty, Master's degree and postgraduate studies that have already been written or defended. My work was chosen as the best bachelor's work. To be honest, I did not expect that I would win and I am very grateful to Nurzat Kazakova for offering to participate.

The university and lecturers have a huge role in student achievement, and I can say that I am very lucky with my teachers and the university. And at the moment I work in my specialty.” - shared Mukadam. 

This competition has been held since 2012 and is registered as a mass media in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, and is designed to cover the topics of science and innovation in the educational sphere. This year, about 400 participants from more than 20 countries took part with their works.
